Job Description

SUPPLY CHAIN/ PROCUREMENT EXECUTIVE

Maintain Suppliers and vendors relationship.
Develop new suppliers and vendors to ensure minimum 3 quotes received for finalizing any POs.
Interface with project teams and prepare RFQs to obtain best prices.
To coordinate with operations teams for planning, scheduling, and executing all procurements within budget with best terms to ensure timely delivery and cost-effective operations overall.
Identifying and resolving key challenges in the supply chain.
Materials Control and coordinate with all parties for delivery to site.
Ensure implementing company procurement strategy including sourcing, negotiating and finalizing, alignment with company objectives and set procedures/standards.
Responsible for timely procurement supports as project demands.
