Supply Chain Data Analyst

In this position as a Supply Chain Data Analyst based in Hyderabad, India, reporting to the Senior Manager, Supply Chain COE, you will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and optimizing data visualization solutions using Power BI and automating complex processes in Excel using VBA. Your role will involve understanding organizational reporting requirements, designing interactive dashboards and reports in Power BI, developing Excel VBA macros to automate manual processes, performing data analysis to extract insights, and documenting processes for knowledge sharing. **Key Responsibilities:** - **Data Capture:** - Understand organizational reporting requirements and propose configuration solutions. - Proactively collaborate with teams to tailor information provision for decision-making. - **Power BI Development:** - Design and develop interactive dashboards and reports in Power BI. - Gather requirements from stakeholders and translate them into actionable insights. - **Excel VBA Automation:** - Develop advanced Excel VBA macros to automate processes and ensure data accuracy. - Optimize existing Excel VBA solutions for performance and scalability. - **Data Analysis:** - Perform data analysis using SQL, Excel, and other tools to extract meaningful insights. - Identify trends, patterns, and outliers to support data-driven decision-making. - **Documentation and Training:** - Document reports, scripts, and analysis processes for knowledge sharing. - Provide training and support to end-users on Power BI and Excel VBA best practices. **Qualifications Required:** - Bachelors/Masters degree with 5 years of relevant experience in process improvements and automation within Supply Chain Management/Material Planning/Procurement domain. - Experience in Business Process Analysis/Business Process Management projects in Supply chain Sourcing domain. - Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including formula usage and VBA macro skills. - Knowledge of SQL and PowerBI or other BI tools is preferred. **About Nextracker:** Nextracker is a leading provider of intelligent solar tracker and software solutions for solar power plants, offering strategic services to maximize the value of solar power plants for customers.
