Supply Chain Coordinator

You will be responsible for overseeing the supply chain operations at Medisequence (Pvt) Ltd in Chennai. Your key responsibilities will include: - Organizing International and Domestic Shipments - Assisting with loading and unloading of goods, sorting, stocking, and packaging - Completing paperwork for logistic operations, maintaining shipment records, tracking and tracing shipments - Budgeting for shipments on Duty, Taxes, Shipment Costs, and analyzing costs - Maintaining optimal inventory levels to prevent shortages or overstock situations - Ensuring temperature control maintenance on goods during Receipt, Storage, and Delivery - Maintaining a clean and organized warehouse environment and equipment - Preparing and reviewing Standard Operating Procedures for Logistics, Warehouse, and Procurement - Applying knowledge of relevant standards, laws, and regulations Your skills should include knowledge of Shipping and Logistics processes, understanding of Supply Chain Operations, and the ability to maintain import and export inventory levels. Qualifications required for this role are: - Bachelor's degree in Commerce - Qualification in Shipping & Logistics / Supply Chain Management / Procurement (Is a definite advantage) - Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment - Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills - Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail Experience: 1-3 years of relevant experience will be considered.
