Supply Chain Consultant

You will be working as a Supply Chain Planning - o9 consultant at Thoucentric, the Consulting arm of Xoriant, a digital engineering services company. Your role will involve building and executing strategies to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction on ongoing supply chain technology projects. You will help develop account strategies, lead a team working on multiple projects, and deliver Supply Chain Planning Consulting engagements across various industries. Key Responsibilities: - Build and execute strategies for customer satisfaction on supply chain technology projects - Develop account strategy and plan leveraging team strengths - Lead a team on multiple projects and ensure timely delivery exceeding customer expectations - Deliver Supply Chain Planning Consulting engagements in various areas like Demand & Supply Planning, S&OP, Distribution Planning, etc. - Provide leadership, guidance, and expertise on supply chain solutions implementation - Manage cross-functional programs involving multiple stakeholders and vendors - Guide clients on industry best practices and benchmarks - Assist in building Supply Chain practice and new solutions at Thoucentric - Create reusable assets to accelerate solution delivery - Manage conflicting priorities effectively Qualifications: - Strong educational background from reputed engineering and management schools Required Skills: - Understanding of supply chain planning processes - Experience in implementing supply chain software tools like o9 or custom-built applications - 8+ years of experience in Supply Chain Planning domain - Flexibility to work on different supply chain technologies - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Analytical and problem-solving skills - Meticulous planning and multi-tasking abilities - Ability to drive projects in a matrix management environment - Proficiency in data analysis tools like R, Python, SQL Personal Attributes: - Ability to work in a fast-changing environment - Strong planning and organizing skills - Excellent communication and influencing skills - Good team player and self-motivated - Clear decision-making ability - Interest in learning new supply chain software tools Please note that this is a full-time role based in Bangalore, Karnataka, and involves working in a Hybrid Mode at the office.,
