Supply Chain Business Ops - Intern

Job Description: As a member of the Open Secret team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring efficient coordination and management of various aspects related to client appointments, deliveries, logistics, and data analysis. Your responsibilities will include: - Collaborating with clients to secure timely and accurate purchase order (PO) appointments. This involves maintaining clear communication between the internal operations team and clients to ensure smooth delivery timelines and requirements. - Keeping detailed records of all client communications regarding PO appointments, and following up in a timely manner to provide necessary updates. - Working closely with clients to understand their specific delivery requirements and minimize the chances of Return to Origin (RTO). This includes monitoring deliveries, tracking shipment statuses, and resolving any issues promptly to avoid delays or rejections. - Assisting in planning and scheduling shipments based on client needs, monitoring logistics performance, and ensuring efficient execution of delivery schedules. - Tracking key performance metrics (KPIs) related to on-time deliveries, order accuracy, and RTO prevention. You will compile and report data on logistics, inventory, and dispatch performance for continuous improvement. - Collaborating with cross-functional teams such as supply chain, logistics, and customer service to address client concerns and improve supply chain processes based on observations and analysis.
