Key Responsibilities :-
1. Print Sales Order
2. Inspect /Arrange FG (Finish Good) from Storage & production as per SO
3. Recheck dispatchable quantity with SO, Bundling & print Partywise Sticker printing equivalent to no of units to be dispatched to each party
4. Arrange vehicle as per load quantity
5. Load party wise units & put sticker on each unit easy to sort onwards dispatch by part load transporter
6. Party wise Invoicing
7. Next-day collection of LR & forward to each party
8. Maintain ready for dispatch kits for samples & dispatch as per the information of Sales Coordinator & update dispatch details
9. Filing SO,LR,………(All documents)
10. Enter each purchase bills to generate GRN
11. Product Batch Number entry in excel sheet
12. Printing of FG Stickers(MRP with Brand Shade)
13. Schedule Stock checking as per system & submit Stock Report of RM & PM to authorities
14. Entry of Return FG with reasons (Damage/ Colour /Quality/Solidify/Liquidify issues) if acceptance permitted by management
