Supplier Quality Management Senior Analyst

As a Engineer/ Sr. Engineer in the Quality (Supplier Quality) department at our company, you will be reporting to the Manager, QA. Your role will require a minimum academic qualification of BE in Mechanical along with 6-12 years of working experience. You should possess the following certifications and experience: - Certified Internal / Lead Auditor for ISO 9001:2008 and EMS 14001:2004 - Six Sigma Green Belt - Working knowledge of Quality Tools such as SPC, PPAP, FMEA, NPD, etc. - Quality process Audits - Quality inspection standards Located at Chakan, you will be expected to travel frequently for vendor audits and inspections. Your skill set should include: - Analytical skills - Good communication and presentation skills - Good understanding of sheet metal fabrication processes like Shearing, Punching, Forming, Bending, Press fitting, Drilling etc assemblies - Knowledge of pre-treatment and powder coating processes - Familiarity with Tin, Zinc, Copper plating processes - Conversant with Indian and International standards on metals regarding chemical and physical properties - Knowledge on Welding & Brazing processes, ASNT NDT level 2 certification preferred Your key responsibilities will include: - Ensuring defect-free products from suppliers and maintaining line productivity - Conducting New Supplier Audits, including evaluation, selection, and improvement - Performing Existing Supplier Audits and driving improvements - Assisting suppliers in conducting PPAPs - Providing QMS Training to Suppliers - Conducting RCA and CAPA verification for supplier issues - Driving continuous improvement of supplier processes - Compiling MIS on supplier scorecard Join us in this challenging yet rewarding role where you will play a crucial part in maintaining quality standards and supplier relationships.,
