Roles & Responsibilities: Responsible for analyzing customer and offering a right sensor to the customer. Define the scope under minimum guidance from Technical specialist within team and create objective of the project. Lead the project and use different project management tools to deliver project including Project Milestone planning, risk assessment and mitigations, escalations, Co-ordination between cross-functional team, Monitoring and communicates project status to Leadership team, Establishing project progress communication between Supplier and Customer, Conducting E -D-L-P technical phase reviews and Technical Support to Internal & External customer. Must have electronics understanding and capable to take technical decisions and follow 7-step / 8D procedure to resolve any design/process related issues. Must be experienced in interpreting system drawings, electronic schematics, and is experienced in the use of Test Equipment such as oscilloscopes, spectrum analyzers, multi-meters, power meters and DC power supplies. Also, capable to understand component and system level validation . Must be good at analyzing and documenting sensor related design details, Analysis led design, DFMEA, DVP&R, Validation Test reports, 7 Step Failure analysis and PFMEA. Capable to handle sensor new development and modification projects. Good communication skills, team player and experience of project management. Driving the things to deliver by aligning/resolving all the hurdles with cross-functional team and deliver on time. Electronics or Mechatronics stream candidate is preferred.
