Oversee daily warehouse operations,
Ensuring efficient and safe receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods.
Managing staff
Maintaining inventory
Ensure shipments and inventory transactions accuracy
Determine staffing levels and assign workload accordingly.
Maintain items / materials record, documented necessary information and utilize reports as per project warehouse requirements.
Measure and report the effectiveness of warehousing activities & employees performance.
Identify areas of improvement and establish innovative work procedures and practices.
Knowledge of warehouse software packages added advantage.
MS Office proficiency
Ability to input, retrieve and analyse data.
Commitment to getting the job done in the best possible way.
Monitoring inventory and shipment transactions for accuracy
Ensuring inventory and storage areas are clean and maintained.
Monitoring Warehouse Associates to ensure safety procedures are being followed when operating Forklifts, Reach Trucks , Trailers and other plant machineries.
Follow all Safety protocols.
