Job Title: Supervisor - Operation Excellence

Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Supervisor to join our Operation Excellence department. The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of experience in a similar role and possess strong leadership skills. The Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the department, ensuring efficiency and productivity.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Supervise a team of employees in the Operation Excellence department
Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency
Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement
Train and mentor team members to ensure they are meeting performance goals
Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes and improve overall operations
Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
Identify and implement best practices to drive continuous improvement

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
2-5 years of experience in a supervisory role in an Operation Excellence department
Strong leadership and communication skills
Proven track record of improving operational efficiency
Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions
Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma principles is a plus
