Supervisor, Record to Report

As the Supervisor, Record to Report at Herbalife International, you will lead the General Ledger (GL) Accounting team to ensure flawless record-keeping, timely reconciliations, and accurate report generation. Your expertise will drive financial integrity and compliance, contributing to ambitious business goals. - Supervise, support, and mentor the Accounting Team for success. - Ensure accurate recording of Journal Accounting entries and validate compliance. - Coordinate timely and precise completion of Accounting Reconciliations. - Build and update Accounting manuals reflecting current practices. - Adhere to SLAs, meeting deadlines without exceptions. - Prepare accurate reports and information for Corporate. - Manage workload distribution for optimal efficiency. - Facilitate training and backup generation for team readiness. - Communicate effectively across various Company levels. - Liaison with Auditors to address information requests promptly. - Ensure strict alignment with Company's Policies and SOX Frameworks. - Assist with related tasks and deliverables to support the team. - Maintain internal controls by adhering to all policies and procedures. - Ensure compliance with SOD guidelines without exception. Qualification Required: - Expertise in Accounting, Internal Controls, and SOD. - Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel. - Strong individual adapting to organizational changes. - Attentive to client requirements with exceptional attention to detail. - Advanced English proficiency (spoken and written). - Experience in a Big 4 accounting firm (Senior 2nd year). - 2-3 years of accounting experience in a GBS environment. - In-depth knowledge of Accounting, Internal Control, and Taxes. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word). - Proven ability to process financial information accurately. - Experience managing accounting staff and fostering a positive work environment. - Strong problem-solving skills. - Ability to distribute workloads effectively among team members. - Experience with ERPs such as Oracle and SAP. - Strong customer and results orientation. - CA and Bachelors degree or equivalent experience in Accounting.,
