Description
The role of Supervisor - P.P.C. in Gujarat involves being responsible for performing Production planning, Scheduling, Inventory control, MIS, Performance analysis, and raw material and consumable procurement. Your key accountabilities include preparing daily production planning by interacting with all stakeholders, optimizing man & machine utilization to achieve preset production targets, and preparing monthly & annual budgets for raw material, consumable, and Brought on consumption. You will also be responsible for understanding the Techno commercial aspect of the supply chain, handling special development projects, ad-hoc reporting, and tracking RM, Consumable, and FG stock. As the Supervisor - P.P.C., your key responsibilities will include managing production schedules and revisions as required, collaborating with management, sales, production, and supply chain to ensure finished goods shipping deadlines are met, requisitioning and tracking inventories of materials or supplies necessary to meet production demands, reporting daily on manufacturing data such as production rates and materials inventories, tracking and reporting on component liability based on client forecasting, and visiting manufacturing sites and inventory warehouses. To qualify for this position, you should be a graduate with 03 to 08 years of work experience in production planning and control. The primary location for this role is in Sanand, Gujarat, with the work location at Liquid Packaging, Sanand SM-8-10 Sanand IIIndustrial Estate, Sanand, Gujarat 382110. This is a regular position within the Gujarat Project (Sanand) organization, with a non-management employee status and a rotating job level. There is no travel required for this role.
