As a Site Supervisor / Civil Supervisor at Pothukallu, Nilambur, your role will involve overseeing site activities, ensuring quality control, and executing projects effectively. You should ideally possess a B.Tech in Civil Engineering or a minimum qualification of a Diploma in Civil Engineering. Your responsibilities will include: - Supervising site activities to ensure compliance with project specifications - Implementing quality control measures to maintain high construction standards - Executing projects within specified timelines and budgets - Reading and interpreting structural and architectural drawings accurately - Demonstrating a good understanding of construction materials and safety practices - Managing on-site teams effectively with strong leadership and communication skills The salary for this position ranges from 18,000 to 30,000 per month, depending on your experience and qualifications.
