Role & responsibilities

1. Team Supervision & Coordination

Oversee and guide team members to ensure efficient operations and high-quality production outcomes.

2. Inspection & Quality Assurance

Conduct routine site inspections to verify progress, safety compliance, and adherence to quality standards.

3. Operational Problem-Solving

Resolve on-site issues promptly to maintain workflow and avoid delays in project execution.

4. Workflow Organization

Plan and assign tasks, prepare schedules, and organize resources for optimal productivity.

5. Equipment Safety & Maintenance

Ensure all machinery is used safely and maintained regularly to avoid breakdowns.

6. Production Monitoring

Verify that output meets the required specifications and standards.

7. Performance Reporting

Compile and submit regular reports on site performance, progress, and any issues encountered.

8. Process Improvement

Identify inefficiencies and propose actionable improvements to enhance workflow and output.

9. Training & Onboarding

Instruct new workers on safety procedures and proper equipment usage.

10. Safety Enforcement

Strictly implement safety guidelines and ensure compliance with company standards.

11. Outcome Achievement

Drive teams toward timely and efficient completion of project goals with a focus on quality.

Preferred candidate profile

1. Knowledge of Basic English

2. Hands on Experience in Ms Word and Ms Excel

3. Graduate degree at least

4. Proven experience as a Floor supervisor or in a similar role within furniture or manufacturing industry.
