Supervisor Machine Shop

• Supervise and coordinate activities of machinists, CNC operators, and other shop floor personnel.
• Plan, schedule, and assign work to meet production goals and deadlines.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
• Monitor equipment operation and ensure maintenance schedules are followed.
• Oversee the setup and operation of CNC machines, manual mills, lathes, and other shop equipment.
• Maintain production quality by enforcing standards and conducting inspections.
• Train and mentor team members on best practices, machine operation, and safety.
• Troubleshoot machining and quality issues to minimize downtime.
• Collaborate with engineering, quality assurance, and production planning teams.
• Maintain accurate records of production, downtime, and maintenance.
• Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and reduce waste.

Required Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical/vocational training preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in a machine shop environment, including supervisory experience.
• Strong knowledge of CNC machining, manual machining, and machine shop practices.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and GD&T.
• Familiarity with safety standards such as OSHA.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹24,000.00 per day
