Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Gurugram for a Supervisor in Logistics & Supply Chain Management. The primary responsibilities include overseeing daily operations of logistics and supply chain processes, managing inventory levels, coordinating with vendors, service providers and customers, and ensuring timely and efficient distribution of products. The Supervisor will also analyze operations data and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement and optimize processes while maintaining excellent customer service standards.

Qualifications

• Strong Analytical Skills to evaluate data and drive improvement in logistics and supply chain processes
• End to end Logistics coordination and management
• Operations and Inventory Management expertise, with the ability to effectively manage and optimize inventory systems
• Excellent Communication skills to coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and customers
• Proficiency in Customer Service for maintaining strong client relationships and ensuring satisfaction
• Previous experience in logistics, supply chain, or operations management is highly desirable
• Problem-solving abilities and proficiency in working with logistics software and tools
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field
