Role Overview: You will be responsible for supervising and managing logistics operations and secondary shipment deliveries for the Central Region as a Supervisor, Logistics in Jaipur. Your role will involve coordinating with logistics service providers, monitoring performance, ensuring on-time deliveries, and maintaining exceptional customer service standards. A proactive approach to problem-solving, process improvement, and vendor management will be essential in achieving key performance indicators (KPIs) and optimizing logistics operations. Key Responsibilities: - Oversee end-to-end logistics operations for secondary shipments in the Central Region, including coordination with logistics service providers and external agencies if needed. - Implement and review the company's Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure efficient secondary shipment delivery. - Develop action plans to enhance regional delivery performance, resolve customer complaints within defined KPIs, and monitor logistics service provider performance. - Generate delivery performance, MIS, and regional performance analysis reports, and ensure timely closure of customer issues. - Support process automation projects, implement process improvements, contribute to cost-saving initiatives, and conduct monthly evaluations of logistics vendors. Qualification Required: - Education: Bachelors degree in any discipline (MBA in Material Management / Supply Chain Management preferred). - Experience: 3-5 years of experience in handling warehouse operations and logistics partners, proficiency in Oracle/SAP/Track Trace systems. - Skills: Strong MS Office skills, ability to work with BI systems, excellent data analysis and presentation skills, knowledge of Supply Chain Management preferred.
