Role Overview: As a Supervisor, Learning Systems (Functional Solutions Specialist L&D) at McDonald's India Global Business Services Office, you will play a crucial role in supporting the innovation, deployment, and maintenance of Learning & Development (L&D) content. Your responsibilities will include evaluating and improving Learning Management System (LMS) tools, ensuring compliance, gathering HR requirements, and supporting new LMS processes. By partnering with various stakeholders, you will contribute to the delivery of impactful solutions for the business and customers globally. Key Responsibilities: - Collaborate with L&D stakeholders to gather and document their technical requirements related to LMS systems - Partner with Application Management Services (AMS) for LMS configuration and assess the effectiveness of existing LMS software, recommending enhancements or replacements as necessary - Work with cross-functional teams to design LMS solutions aligned with the organization's strategic priorities - Support the deployment and management of LMS systems across markets and functions, ensuring alignment with learners' needs and business goals - Identify and resolve deployment issues promptly, ensuring a smooth and efficient process - Manage LMS system and processes, including conducting regular audits for data integrity and compliance with regulatory requirements - Create comprehensive documentation such as business requirements, functional specifications, and process maps - Ensure data security and privacy standards are maintained within LMS systems Qualifications Required: Basic Qualifications: - Degree in Human Resources, Technology, or a related field - Experience working with Learning Management Systems in large, multi-national corporations - Experience in Learning & Development with knowledge of industry trends and best practices - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to interpret data and make informed decisions - Proficiency in English (written and verbal at IRL Level 4) Mandatory Skills: - Proficiency in SABA (LMS) or SAP Success Factors LMS - Knowledge of Learning Experience Platforms such as Edcast or Degreed - Expertise in designing and testing Learning platforms - Stakeholder Management skills Preferred Qualifications: - 3 to 5 years of expertise in HR Systems and technical knowledge in Learning Management Systems - Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and data-analysis skills - Ability to communicate effectively across all organizational layers - Knowledge of HR compliance and data privacy regulations - Strong business acumen and a willingness to learn new systems and processes - Exceptional communication skills and interpersonal abilities - Positive attitude, self-starter mindset, and ability to influence others for growth initiatives - Continuous improvement and growth mindset for driving business success Role Overview: As a Supervisor, Learning Systems (Functional Solutions Specialist L&D) at McDonald's India Global Business Services Office, you will play a crucial role in supporting the innovation, deployment, and maintenance of Learning & Development (L&D) content.
