Supervisor-Food Services (Dry)

As a team member at Courtyard by Marriott Siliguri, your role involves ensuring the staff works together efficiently to provide optimal service and meet guest needs. You will be responsible for inspecting the grooming and attire of the staff, completing opening and closing duties, monitoring dining rooms, and maintaining cleanliness and organization in storage areas. Additionally, you will assist in hiring, training, and motivating employees, while also ensuring compliance with company policies and safety procedures.
