As a Safety, Health, and Environment Officer, your role is crucial in ensuring the maintenance of good Safety, Health, and Environment standards at all sites and offices. Your responsibilities include: - Ensuring all workers undergo mandatory Induction training - Conducting mock drills at sites and labor camps half-yearly - Recording all near misses and taking corrective/preventive actions based on severity - Organizing monthly EHS meetings and quarterly campaigns for Anti-Tobacco and Anti-Alcohol awareness at each site - Ensuring compliance with all Building and Other Construction Workers (BOCW) regulations - Scoring 100% on Element 18 of the EHS Audit Report for all sites - Participating in emergency exercises and investigations for near misses, incidents, and accidents - Spreading safety procedures and awareness within the team - Checking compliance on a daily basis and implementing work permits at sites daily - Preparing the First Aid and near miss tracker on a monthly basis Your skills and competencies should include: - Excellent oral communication skills - Ability to work collaboratively with different teams - Problem-solving attitude - Aptitude for fostering positive relationships - Thorough understanding of Real Estate Technical Skills & Knowledge required: - Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.) Qualifications needed for this role: - Diploma or Graduate in Industrial Safety - 1-3 years of experience in Real Estate industry,
