Job Description

We are hiring a Supervisor cum Assistant who will handle both on-site decoration supervision and office support tasks.

The candidate must be flexible with working hours. Supervision during late night or early morning functions will only be required 6–7 days in a month. On the rest of the days, the candidate will work as an Assistant/Telecaller in the office (10:00 AM – 8:00 PM).

Key Responsibilities

Act as Supervisor for decoration work on-site (occasionally late night or early morning, only 6–7 days per month).

Ensure smooth execution, quality, and timely completion of decoration projects.

Coordinate with workers, vendors, and clients.

Maintain supervision reports and update management.

Assist in office operations such as telecalling, follow-ups, and coordination when not on-site.

Requirements

Education: Minimum 10+2 / Graduation.

Experience: Minimum 1 year in supervision, field coordination, or related role preferred.

Skills:

Strong leadership, coordination, and communication skills (Hindi, Punjabi, basic English).

Willingness to work flexible hours occasionally (late night/early morning).

Basic computer knowledge will be an advantage.
