Supervisor BPO (Quality Assurance)

As a dedicated Supervisor BPO (Lead - Quality Assurance) at C.H. Robinson in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India, you will be responsible for managing and developing your team to ensure operational excellence and compliance with processes. Your role will involve setting yearly KPIs to support strategic objectives and overseeing team operations to meet the needs of CHR Offices. You will be a trusted leader who solves complex challenges and drives success through your knowledge, experience, and professionalism. Your duties and responsibilities will include expertise in quality assurance & audit methodologies, tracking and analyzing performance metrics, identifying process gaps and implementing corrective actions, data analysis & reporting, leadership & team management, proactive problem-solving & decision-making, effective communication & negotiation skills, attention to detail, contributing to wider decision-making, ensuring optimal customer service levels, and collaborating with stakeholders for process improvements.
