Job Description:

We are hiring for the position of Supervisor in our Paintshop department at Sara Technologies, located in Alandi Phata, Chakan (Pune).
The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily operations in the Paintshop, ensuring production targets are met, maintaining quality standards, and managing manpower efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Achieve daily production targets and maintain quality output
• Handle quality documentation and ensure compliance with quality processes
• Identify and resolve issues related to paintshop operations
• Coordinate with customers for quality-related matters
• Plan and manage shift schedules and manpower deployment
• Ensure smooth operations and timely delivery of painted parts

Required Skills & Experience:

• Relevant experience in Paintshop Production & Quality
• Strong knowledge of production planning, quality tools, and problem-solving
• Good communication and customer coordination skills
• Ability to manage teams and work in shifts
