Job Description

We are looking for a skilled professional with 4 to 6 years of experience to join our team as a Global Delivery Services, Business Process Management Functional Analyst in Bengaluru. ### Roles and Responsibility Design and develop industry-specific process models to support client opportunities and accelerate project delivery. Support industry leaders and practitioners in designing and developing value chains and business process classification frameworks. Lead process modeling initiatives with minimal guidance and support. Serve as an ARIS subject matter expert on external engagements and provide project advisory support. Gather requirements and design processes with large groups of SMR’s and business teams. Create end-to-end process models using EPC and BPMN modeling standards. ### Job Requirements A Bachelor's degree in a related field is required; a Master's degree is preferred. Minimum 4 years of experience in ARIS software solutions, including business process management capability and process strategy. Expertise in quantitative/qualitative process analysis techniques, process metrics, and performance measurement. Experience in managing ARIS configuration, importing database content, and establishing measures for ensuring consistency of the ARIS database. Ability to work effectively in a team environment, proactively collaborating with others to complete projects. Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to conduct face-to-face and virtual trainings on ARIS platforms. Willingness to travel internationally if required.
