SUNBEAM BALLIA IS HIRING TGT/PGT BIOLOGY

Plan, prepare, and deliver well-structured Biology lessons in accordance with the curriculum (CBSE/ICSE/State Board as applicable).

Teach classes from grades 6–10 (TGT) and grades 11–12 (PGT).

Use innovative teaching methods, practical demonstrations, and technology-based tools to enhance learning.

Prepare lesson plans, assignments, and assessments in line with academic requirements.

Evaluate and monitor students’ progress, providing constructive feedback.

Conduct laboratory experiments and ensure proper use and maintenance of lab equipment.

Organize and guide students for science projects, exhibitions, and competitions.

Maintain classroom discipline and a positive learning environment.

Collaborate with colleagues, participate in staff meetings, and contribute to school events.

Communicate effectively with parents regarding student progress and behavior.

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Biology or Life Sciences (B.Ed. mandatory for TGT; desirable for PGT).

Strong subject knowledge and understanding of CBSE curriculum.

Excellent communication and presentation skills in English.

Passion for teaching and mentoring students.

Proficiency in using smart boards, educational software, and digital tools.

Experience:

Minimum 2–3 years of teaching experience preferred (freshers with strong academic background may also apply).

Salary:

As per school norms and candidate’s experience.
