Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities:

Type medical reports, discharge summaries, case sheets, and other hospital documents accurately.
Maintain confidentiality of all patient records and information.
Ensure proper formatting and error-free documentation.
Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and administrative staff for report completion.
Manage and organize digital and physical medical records.
Assist in data entry and documentation for hospital systems.
Handle correspondence, letters, and internal communications.
Support the Medical Records Department in daily documentation work.
Maintain typing logs and ensure timely submission of completed reports.

Key Skills Required:

Fast and accurate typing skills.
Basic knowledge of medical terminology.
