SuccessFactors Application Management Specialist

As a dedicated and skilled SuccessFactors Application Management Specialist with expertise in the Compensation Module, your role at our dynamic team will involve managing and supporting our Compensation Campaign within the SuccessFactors platform. Your responsibilities will include: - Implementing/Customizing the Compensation Campaign on SuccessFactors. - Ensuring the Compensation Campaigns meet business requirements and deliver a seamless user experience. - Supporting Ticketing: End-to-End Case Management, overseeing the entire process from case intake to resolution, and managing escalations for Dedicated Partners/Distributors. - Troubleshooting issues, providing expert guidance, and identifying opportunities for process optimization. - Cultivating a collaborative atmosphere by partnering closely with IT HR stakeholders to deliver tailored solutions that drive business success. Key Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field. - Proven senior experience in SuccessFactors Compensation Module management services. - Proven 1 or 2 years experience on SuccessFactors Compensation Module. - SAP SuccessFactors certification on the referred module is a plus. - Passion for learning, structured and methodical approach, excellent service mindset, engaging collaboration, and ability to document and share knowledge. - Understanding of agile methodologies, user story creation, and backlog prioritization. - Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to manage multiple tasks. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with diverse teams. Nice to Have: - Experience in HR systems and processes. - Knowledge of data analytics and reporting related to Compensation. - Familiarity with user experience design principles.
