Success Factors Implementation - Senior Director

You will be joining a leading Business Process Management Company in the role of Director/Senior Director with over 20 years of experience. Your main responsibilities will include developing and implementing a comprehensive strategy for system rollouts, overseeing the integration of SuccessFactors with third-party applications and other enterprise systems, and leading a team of consultants and technical specialists. You will also be responsible for coaching and mentoring your team, developing a support team for post go-live application maintenance, and translating functional requirements into technical solutions by facilitating workshops with business stakeholders and IT leaders. Additionally, you will serve as a senior advisor to ensure that process teams understand the technical capabilities of selected solutions. To excel in this role, you should have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline and experience in implementing the SuccessFactors HXM suite with a deep knowledge of SAP BTP. You should also have a proven track record of 3-4 full cycle implementations of SuccessFactors Employee Central in a multi-geography environment, ideally covering other international regions.
