Success Architect - B2B Commerce

Role Overview: As a Commerce Cloud Success Architect at our company, you will play a crucial role in driving success for our customers within the Commerce Cloud product portfolio. Your expertise as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) will contribute to the growth and reputation of Salesforce as an industry leader. We are looking for a passionate B2B Commerce Architect with substantial experience in delivering B2B Commerce Cloud solutions to large enterprise organizations. Key Responsibilities: - Customer Engagement: Engage with our Signature Success Plan customers through a high-velocity advisory model, providing strategic consultation and recommendations across technical architecture, DevOps, performance, and solution design specific to B2B Commerce (including Cloudcraze). - Lead with Expertise: Serve as a trusted Commerce Cloud SME within our Cloud Success organization, offering proactive and reactive Architecture, Solution Strategy, Thought Leadership, and Product expertise. - Communication Mastery: Translate complex technical concepts for diverse audiences, establishing yourself as a trusted advisor in crucial conversations with Technical and Business stakeholders, as well as Executive Leadership. - Innovation and Problem Solving: Identify and evaluate capability gaps, recommending standard product enhancements or creative custom solutions to maximize customer success and adoption. - Relationship Building: Build strong relationships with internal and external business partners to collaborate on initiatives contributing to broader goals and growth. Qualifications Required: - Proven Experience: 8 years of proven experience in Enterprise consulting, including implementing Enterprise software solutions in the Commerce space as a Lead Developer or Architect. - Commerce Cloud Expertise: Experience with Salesforce B2B Commerce and Cloudcraze, deep understanding of data modeling, integration architectures, and data governance best practices, as well as experience with System Architecture design and Integration Patterns. - Certifications: Salesforce Administrator, Salesforce Platform Developer. - Consultancy Skills: Excellent communication skills, ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, customer-centric discovery, proactive mindset, and value for Data Ethics and Privacy.
