Subtitling Coordinator

**Job Description:** As a Localization Coordinator, your main role will be to deliver scripts and subtitles for various languages within a specific region on Deluxe platforms. You will work closely with the Order Management team to ensure timely and accurate delivery of projects. Your responsibilities will include: - Managing capacity and pre-assignment of tasks to translators/editors, as well as sending out availability emails for accurate planning. - Maintaining daily communication to ensure smooth workflow within established timelines. - Handling changes to project plans effectively and in a timely manner. - Ensuring on-time delivery of tasks while respecting project milestones and client specifications. - Maintaining accurate and up-to-date data on the Deluxe platform for each task. - Utilizing automated methods of assignment to avoid task bottlenecks. - Communicating clearly and timely with translators to provide a positive experience. - Collaborating with Order Management on changes to project plans and deadlines. - Escalating potential risks and issues to supervisors or team management. - Running daily reports using dashboards to track progress and identify bottlenecks. **Qualifications Required:** - Must have a graduate degree. - Excellent command of the English language and knowledge of other cultures. - Additional languages known are a plus. - Good communication, time-management, and problem-solving skills. - Interest in the media industry with knowledge of localization. - Attention to detail and ability to work with large data sets on Deluxe platforms. **Additional Company Details:** You will have the opportunity to work in a large international and culturally diverse team at Deluxe.
