We are looking for a dynamic Operations Head with a strong background in ERP/CRM systems who can lead, scale, and drive operational excellence across the organization. Operational Leadership: Lead and manage the end-to-end operations of the organization, aligning with the company's vision and growth plans. Design and implement operational strategies, processes, and best practices across Delivery, Sales, Customer Success, and Internal Operations. Client & Delivery Management: Lead the entire customer journey post-product purchase from onboarding to delivery, ensuring customer satisfaction and operational efficiency. Establish frameworks for client success management, issue resolution, and service excellence. Team Structuring & Planning: Build and mentor cross-functional teams (Delivery, Sales Ops, Support, Projects). Define clear KPIs, team structures, and performance management systems. Scaled Operations & Network Expansion: Develop a strong third-party vendor/partner network for operational scalability across geographies. Manage operations across 20 to 450+ cities while driving cost optimization. Strategy & Transformation: Drive operational transformation initiatives to improve efficiency, agility, and scalability. Lead change management and continuous process improvement initiatives. Delivery Framework & Quality Control: Optimize project delivery frameworks for seamless execution, timely delivery, and high-quality outcomes. Ensure SLA adherence, internal process compliance, and risk management. Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with internal teams, leadership, clients, and external partners to ensure strategic alignment and operational success. Ideal Candidate Profile: 8+ Years of experience in ERP/CRM Implementation, IT Services, or Consulting. Proven track record of managing scaled operations in a customer-facing role. Strong experience in client handling, project delivery, team management, and operational planning. Expertise in driving transformation, process optimization, and cross-functional collaboration.
