Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Trainer (E-Com/Digital Marketing) located in Coimbatore. The Senior Trainer will be responsible for delivering training sessions in e-commerce and digital marketing, developing curriculum and training materials, assessing student performance, and providing feedback. The role also involves staying updated with industry trends, mentoring junior trainers, and participating in continuous improvement of training programs.

Qualifications

• In-depth knowledge of E-commerce and Digital Marketing strategies
• Experience in developing curriculum and training materials
• Strong presentation and communication skills
• Ability to assess student performance and provide constructive feedback
• Proficiency in industry-standard tools and platforms related to e-commerce and digital marketing
• Experience mentoring and training junior trainers
• MBA is mandatory for the role
• Relevant certification in E-commerce or Digital Marketing is a plus
• Hands-on experience in the tech industry or related field is beneficial
