Subject Matter Expert – SSC / RRB (Kollam Centre)

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Subject Matter Expert (SME) to join our Academics team in Kannur. This full-time role is crucial for delivering exceptional coaching for SSC and RRB competitive examinations.

The ideal candidate must have a strong command of Quantitative Aptitude and Reasoning and a deep familiarity with the latest SSC/RRB exam patterns.

Key Responsibilities for the SME

• Deliver clear, engaging, and concept-oriented lectures for SSC/RRB subjects.
• Conduct doubt-clearing sessions and provide personalized support to students.
• Develop, review, and update study materials based on the latest exam patterns and syllabus changes.
• Monitor student performance, share timely feedback, and encourage academic improvement.
• Stay informed about exam trends and syllabus updates and integrate changes into learning modules.
• Collaborate with the academic team for test series development, question paper creation, and performance evaluation.

Requirements for the SME

• Education: Graduate/Postgraduate degree in Mathematics, Engineering, or related fields.
• Subject Expertise: Strong subject expertise in Quantitative Aptitude and Reasoning.
• Experience: Prior experience in SSC/RRB coaching or other competitive exam training is an advantage.
• Skills: Excellent communication, mentoring ability, and analytical skills.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
