Job Description

Position: Subject Matter Expert (SME) Experience: 1-3 years (Teaching Experience preferred) / Freshers from B.Tech (any stream) can also apply Location: Skye Corporate Building, Vijay Nagar,Indore Mode: Full-time (10:30AM to 6:30 PM) Key Responsibilities: Teach and explain subjects such as Mathematics, Physics, Hindi, and English in Hindi language. Create engaging and informative video lectures based on the MP, UP & Rajasthan State Board syllabus . Break down and simplify complex concepts for better understanding of students from state boards. Coordinate with the content and production teams to ensure delivery of high-quality educational material. Prepare and review study material like notes, quizzes, and practice tests. Eligibility Criteria: Experience: 2-3 years of teaching experience preferred (online or offline). Freshers with B.Tech degree (any branch) possessing strong subject knowledge can also apply. Proficiency in Hindi language (spoken & written). In-depth understanding of Mathematics, Physics, Hindi, and English subjects as per state boards. Comfortable presenting and recording educational video content . Preferred Skills: Excellent communication, presentation, and teaching skills . Prior experience with video creation or online teaching platforms is an advantage. Ability to make learning interactive, simple, and engaging for state board students. Basic knowledge of video recording tools or willingness to learn . Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month Schedule: Morning shift Supplemental Pay: Performance bonus Work Location: In person
