Role Overview:
Avivo is seeking knowledgeable and enthusiastic Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) in the Procurement and Contract Management domains to collaborate with our product development team. As an SME, you will provide critical insights and feedback to help refine our AI platform, ensuring it effectively meets the needs of procurement and contract management professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as a representative of procurement and contract management professionals to test and evaluate Avivo's AI platform.
• Provide actionable feedback on the software’s usability, functionality, and overall user experience.
• Analyze and assess the alignment of the AI features with industry practices and user requirements.
• Collaborate closely with the product development team to discuss findings and suggest improvements.
• Participate in meetings and workshops to contribute to product development cycles as needed.
• Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements within procurement and contract management.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in procurement and contract management processes.
• In-depth understanding of industry nuances, challenges, and best practices.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to evaluate software usability and functionality.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Access to a reliable computer and high-speed internet connectivity for remote work.

Compensation:

• Engagement is on a need basis aligned with product development cycles.
• Compensation will be determined based on skills, expertise, and level of experience, paid at hourly rates.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹486,138.48 - ₹1,004,136.57 per year
