You will be responsible for managing social media interactions, content creation, influencer collaborations, and marketing strategies for the company. - Respond promptly to messages and comments on various social media platforms like Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and Google Business. - Address guest reviews on Google, maintain records of negative reviews, and respond using approved templates. - Create engaging Reels, Stories, and multimedia content following brand guidelines. - Ensure daily posting of Stories covering themes like food, drinks, testimonials, events, and offers. - Prepare and submit a detailed monthly content calendar for review and approval. - Post approved designs with relevant captions and hashtags across all social media platforms. - Stay updated on social media trends and viral content. - Analyze competitor strategies and provide actionable insights to the marketing team. - Curate, pitch, and finalize collaborations with influencers and vloggers. - Manage influencer visits, deliverables, MOUs, and content collection. - Define audience segments for ads and collaborate with the marketing team for campaign execution. - Capture high-quality photos and videos for marketing purposes. - Coordinate with internal teams for social media strategies for upcoming events and festivals. - Update venue TVs/LEDs with relevant creatives and maintain a tracking sheet.
