Subject Matter Expert

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Subject Matter Expert (SME) to become a part of our expanding AI department at NextGen Group. Your role will be crucial in shaping our AI strategy and contributing to the creation and execution of innovative solutions. As an SME, your responsibilities will include partnering with business stakeholders to comprehend their processes, recognizing automation possibilities, and evaluating the feasibility of RPA implementation. You will be expected to analyze and map intricate business processes for automation, identifying repetitive and rule-based tasks. Crafting clear and concise automation requirements documents for developers and collaborating with them to convert business requirements into functional RPA solutions will be a significant part of your role. Additionally, you will be responsible for thorough testing of developed RPA solutions, ensuring compliance with best practices and quality standards. You will also provide support during the deployment and go-live of automation solutions, offering training and assistance to end-users. Furthermore, you will continuously monitor and assess the performance of implemented RPA solutions, identifying areas for enhancement and optimization.
