Subject Matter Expert - Accounts

Job Description:

We are looking for a knowledgeable and detail-oriented Subject Matter Expert (SME) – Accounts to develop, review, and enhance academic content aligned with curriculum standards. The ideal candidate should have strong conceptual clarity in Accounting and a passion for education and content creation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, review, and edit academic content for Accounts (school/college level as applicable).
• Ensure accuracy, clarity, and curriculum alignment (CBSE/ICSE/State Boards as required).
• Create solutions, examples, case studies, and practice questions.
• Review manuscripts, proofs, and final content before publication.
• Collaborate with editors, designers, and academic teams to improve content quality.
• Update content as per syllabus changes and academic trends.
• Maintain deadlines and quality benchmarks.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Master’s / Bachelor’s degree in Commerce / Accounting / Finance (M.Com / B.Com preferred).
• Strong command over Accounting principles and concepts.
• Prior experience in teaching, content writing, or academic publishing is an advantage.
• Excellent written communication and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and meet timelines.

Preferred Experience:

• Experience in educational publishing or content development.
• Familiarity with CBSE / ICSE / State Board curriculum.
