Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Development Specialist to design, configure, and implement Subex HyperSense FM and AI/ML solutions. The role involves end-to-end customization, integration, and model development to enhance fraud detection, risk mitigation, and predictive analytics capabilities within telecom environments.

Key Responsibilities

Design, configure, and customize Subex HyperSense FM modules.
Develop and deploy AI/ML models for fraud detection and predictive analytics.
Integrate data sources and optimize workflows for real-time fraud monitoring.
Collaborate with business and technical teams to address telecom fraud scenarios.
Ensure scalability, performance, and lifecycle management of deployed solutions.

Required Skills

Proven hands-on expertise in Subex HyperSense FM development & customization.
Strong programming and scripting skills: Python and Shell.
Solid knowledge of PostgreSQL and MinIO.
Experience in machine learning model development, deployment, and lifecycle management.
Understanding of telecom fraud scenarios, risk management, and mitigation techniques.
Strong problem-solving, design thinking, and innovation mindset.
