Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide Level 1/Level 2 support for HCM applications (e.g., Oracle HCM, SAP SuccessFactors, Workday)

  • Handle HR system-related tickets, emails, and calls in a helpdesk environment

  • Assist users with issues related to employee data, payroll, benefits, leave, recruitment, and performance modules

  • Log, track, prioritize, and resolve incidents and service requests using a ticketing system

  • Escalate complex or unresolved issues to internal HRIS, IT, or vendor support teams

  • Perform basic data validation, corrections, and system testing as required

  • Support user account management, access issues, and password resets

  • Maintain accurate documentation of issues, resolutions, and FAQs

  • Ensure compliance with data privacy, security, and confidentiality standards

  • Meet defined SLAs and KPIs for response and resolution times
