Provide Level 1/Level 2 support for HCM applications (e.g., Oracle HCM, SAP SuccessFactors, Workday)
Handle HR system-related tickets, emails, and calls in a helpdesk environment
Assist users with issues related to employee data, payroll, benefits, leave, recruitment, and performance modules
Log, track, prioritize, and resolve incidents and service requests using a ticketing system
Escalate complex or unresolved issues to internal HRIS, IT, or vendor support teams
Perform basic data validation, corrections, and system testing as required
Support user account management, access issues, and password resets
Maintain accurate documentation of issues, resolutions, and FAQs
Ensure compliance with data privacy, security, and confidentiality standards
Meet defined SLAs and KPIs for response and resolution times
