Sub Lead - Pricing

Job Description: As a Sub Lead - Pricing at Malabar Gold & Diamonds, your primary responsibility will be to assist the Pricing Committee in developing competitive pricing strategies to achieve financial goals and enhance market share. You will play a crucial role in analyzing competitor pricing and market expectations to determine the final market price. Your expertise will be essential in identifying customer segments based on their willingness to purchase, catering to the needs of both high and low-value customers. In this role, you will be required to conduct impact analysis on price changes and value metrics, as well as conduct internal and external surveys to gather insights such as pricing surveys and customer preferences. Your recommendations for schemes and discounted rates to the Pricing Committee will help incentivize customers and drive sales. A key aspect of your role will involve analyzing competitor pricing, market trends, and presenting findings to propose effective pricing options. You will be expected to build networks within the industry and collaborate with peers in the Malabar Group to stay abreast of market trends and competitor pricing strategies.
