About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and creatively strong Fashion Stylist to join our Studio

Team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in campaign shoots, e-commerce

shoots, wardrobe preparation, and look styling. They should also have working exposure

to AI-based visual ideation, using AI tools to assist in moodboarding and pre-visualisation

for shoots.

This role is fully studio-driven — no social media or promotional content responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

 Style looks for campaign shoots, e-commerce photoshoots, catalog shoots,

and studio-based lifestyle shoots.

 Create AI-generated moodboards, references, and look concepts using tools like

Midjourney, ChatGPT, Gemini, Runway, etc.

 Work closely with photographers, creative producers, and studio managers to execute

shoot requirements.

 Manage wardrobe sourcing, garment selection, steaming, ironing, fitting, and

alterations before shoots.

 Ensure all garments and accessories are prepared, tagged, and maintained according

to studio standards.

 Direct model dressing, styling adjustments, and overall on-set styling quality.

 Maintain the studio styling inventory — clothing, accessories, shoes, pins, clips, tape,

tools, and styling kit.

 Troubleshoot styling issues on set to ensure clean, crisp, high-quality output.

 Stay updated on fashion trends and apply them appropriately to brand styling

guidelines.

 Maintain proper documentation of looks, garments used, and post-shoot garment

return process.

Requirements

 2–5 years of solid experience as a Fashion Stylist in a studio environment.

 Must have hands-on experience in campaign shoots and e-commerce

shoots (mandatory).

 Strong knowledge of garment structure, fit, draping, and styling techniques.

 Working exposure to AI image-generation tools for concept creation and visual

planning.

 Excellent eye for detail, colour, and composition.

 Ability to work closely with creative teams in a fast-paced studio setup.

 Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple shoot requirements

simultaneously.

Preferred Skills

 Experience in product, apparel, or lifestyle studio setups.

 Knowledge of model coordination and studio workflow.

 Ability to create quick AI mockups for pre-shoot visual approvals.

 Basic understanding of photography and lighting (added advantage).
