Style Coordinator

We are seeking a dedicated, full-time Style Coordinator to manage client experience and end-to-end coordination of custom orders. This role requires absolute professionalism, exclusivity, transparency, and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist walk-in and online clients; understand styling needs, occasions, fabrics, budgets, and measurements
• Manage complete order lifecycle: design approval, cutting, stitching, trials, alterations, quality checks, and delivery
• Coordinate closely with the designer, master, tailors, and hand-embroiders for accurate execution
• Inspect garments for fit, finish, embroidery quality, and measurements before trials and delivery
• Handle client communication (Hindi, Telugu, English) via in-person, calls, WhatsApp, and social platforms
• Maintain accurate billing, payment tracking, and physical/digital order records
• Capture approved photos/videos of finished outfits for quality proof and brand use
• Support daily studio operations and share weekly performance summaries (orders, trials, deliveries, feedback)

Eligibility & Requirements

• 2-3 years experience in a boutique, fashion studio, or designer setup
• Diploma or Degree in Fashion Designing
• Strong coordination, organisation, and communication skills
• Comfortable with Adobe Illustrator or similar tools (preferred)
• Willing to work full-time on-site at Kokapet, Hyderabad
