Position Overview:

We are looking for dynamic and stylish Style Advisors (Male/Female) to join our Surat showroom. The ideal candidate should have a flair for sales, a good understanding of lighting products, and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and engage customers to understand their lighting and décor needs.
• Provide expert advice on lighting styles, trends, and product selection.
• Present design concepts and lighting arrangements using PowerPoint or visual tools.
• Maintain strong product knowledge on lighting categories and trends.
• Prepare client presentations and maintain sales records using Excel.
• Ensure attractive showroom displays and a great customer experience.
• Meet and exceed monthly sales targets.

Candidate Profile:

• Experience: 1–4 years in sales, retail, interior, or lighting industry preferred.
• Education: Graduate (any stream); Diploma in Interior Design is a plus.
• Skills Required:
• Light sales experience and lighting product knowledge.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and PowerPoint.
• Excellent communication in English and Hindi.
• Smart, confident, and well-groomed appearance.
• Strong presentation and persuasion abilities.

Salary:

₹29,000 – ₹38,000 per month
(Based on experience, interview performance, and last drawn salary.)
