Job Title: Study and Tourist Visa CounselorLocation: Jalandhar, Punjab Salary: ₹40,000 – ₹50,000 per month Experience: Only Experienced Candidates (Minimum 3–6+ years required) Job Summary:We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Study and Tourist Visa Counselor to join our team in Jalandhar. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in handling student visa and tourist visa applications for countries such as Canada, Australia, UK, USA, and Schengen nations. The role involves counseling clients, evaluating documentation, and guiding them through the complete visa process with professionalism and accuracy. Key Responsibilities:Provide accurate and comprehensive counseling to students and clients regarding study abroad and tourist visa options. Handle end-to-end processing of visa applications, including form filling, documentation checks, and submission. Stay updated with the latest immigration laws, policies, embassy updates, and procedural changes. Guide clients on eligibility criteria, course/university selection, travel plans, and financial requirements. Manage walk-in clients, telephonic, and online inquiries, providing prompt and professional support. Build strong relationships with clients by maintaining regular follow-ups and providing ongoing support until visa approval. Coordinate with embassies, VFS centers, and universities when needed for documentation or case clarification. Maintain proper records of each client’s application status and ensure high conversion rates. Meet monthly targets and contribute to the team’s performance goals. Requirements:Experience: Minimum 3–6+ years of experience as a Visa Counselor (Study and/or Tourist). Strong knowledge of visa requirements and processes for countries like Canada, Australia, UK, USA, and Europe. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English, Hindi, and Punjabi. Proficiency in handling documentation and working with CRM systems or visa processing software. Ability to work independently and handle multiple clients and applications simultaneously. Good organizational and time-management skills. Preferred Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in any discipline. Prior experience in a visa consultancy or immigration office in Jalandhar or surrounding areas. Knowledge of SOP writing, admission processes, and travel arrangements will be an added advantage.
