Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Student Counsellor located in Kochi. The Senior Student Counsellor will be responsible for providing comprehensive counseling services to students seeking to study abroad. Day-to-day tasks include student counseling, career counseling, assisting with course and university selection, guiding through visa procedures, and providing support with scholarship opportunities. The counsellor will also communicate with students and parents, ensuring a high level of customer service and satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Student Counseling and Career Counseling skills
• Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
• Understanding of Education systems and study abroad processes
• Proven ability to work well in a team and independently
• Bachelor's degree in Education, Counseling, or related field
• Experience in study abroad consultancy is a plus
