Role & responsibilities : We are looking for a dynamic, student-focused, and enthusiastic Study Abroad Counsellor who will guide students through their journey of studying abroad from choosing the right course and university to completing their application and visa processes. Sales background/Education will be recommended. Receiving inbound calls and counseling for Medical and Engineering Aspirants. Outbound calls as per leads received from support teams (Marketing, Admin-Support). Should have the capability to judge the requirements of the students and should be able to convert them into admission. Preferred candidate profile Good Communication and lead converting skills (Fluency in English and Hindi) Candidate should be comfortable with target target-based job. Should be comfortable taking multiple calls in a day. Highly organized and mature concerning human relationships, and gets the job done.
