Job Description

Job Title: Study Abroad Counselor Germany / UK

Location:

Study Abroad Counselor – Germany/UK

Key Responsibilities:

Counsel students on study options in
Germany and the UK
(courses, universities, eligibility, fees, scholarships).
Assist students in the entire admission process including applications, documentation, and timelines.
Guide students on visa requirements, SOP writing, interviews, and pre-departure information.
Maintain accurate student records and ensure timely follow-ups.
Participate in student seminars, education fairs, and promotional activities.
Achieve counseling, application, and conversion targets.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in any field (Education, Management, or related preferred).
0–3 years of experience in study abroad counseling; freshers with strong communication skills can also apply.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Understanding of the German and UK education systems will be an advantage.
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
