Role Description

This is a full-time role for a study abroad Counselor based in Jaipur. The Counselor will be responsible for providing personalized student counseling, offering career and academic advising, and assisting students in navigating their education and career paths. The role involves daily interactions with students to understand their goals and needs, guiding them through the application processes, monitoring their progress, and providing continuous support and encouragement.

Qualifications

• Student Counseling and Career Counseling skills
• Excellent Communication skills
• Experience in Academic Advising and Education
• Strong interpersonal skills and empathy
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Knowledge of international education systems is a plus
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Education, Counseling, Psychology, or related field
