Study Abroad Advisor (UK & Ireland)

Location: Gurugram (Work from office)

Schedule: Monday - Saturday

Compensation: Fixed + Variable

We are looking for a driven Study Abroad Advisor (UK & Ireland) to join AdmitX. At AdmitX, our advisors guide and support students through their study abroad journey. You will play a key role in helping them shortlist the right-fit courses and universities and ensuring a seamless admission and enrollment process.

You will play a crucial part in shaping the future of our clients and giving wings to their dreams by engaging with them on a regular basis. If you have a passion for working with students, a knack for consulting, and a keen eye for detail, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

• End-to-End Student Journey

  : Manage a portfolio of students, including onboarding, detailed counselling, regular follow-ups, and ensuring their overall success.

• Expert Guidance:

  Build a deep understanding of UK and Ireland universities, programs, admissions processes, and eligibility requirements, including exams like GRE, GMAT, IELTS, and TOEFL.

• Single Point of Contact:

  Build a strong rapport with students as their dedicated advisor for all admission-related guidance.

• Application Tracking:

  Support students with their university applications, regularly tracking their progress and resolving queries.

• Enrollment Support:

  Facilitate smooth enrollment in the chosen course, assisting with deposits and visa applications within deadlines.

• Sales Execution:

  Achieve targets for applications, admissions and acceptances in line with company targets.

Qualifications:

• 1-5 years of experience in overseas education consulting.
• Strong sales and relationship-building skills with a student-centric mindset.
• Strong knowledge of destination countries, education systems, application processes and university requirements.
• Completed Bachelor&aposs degree in business, management, psychology or related field.
• Excellent communication skills and fluency in English (reading, writing and speaking).
• Strong multitasking and capability of working under tight deadlines.
• Familiarity with CRM tools is a plus
